DIY: Carnival Marquee Letters

I have always loved the look of these Carnival Marquee Letters for a fun event or as decoration for a room in the home. I’ve previously found pricey “real deals” on websites like Urban Outfitters and Etsy, but I couldn’t wrap my head around spending hundreds of dollars for just one letter.
